Billing & subscriptions
Yes, all our plans come with no commitment. You are free to cancel at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost. There is no minimum subscription period. You can try a paid plan and go back to the Free plan whenever you like.
You can cancel in one click from your dashboard, under “My subscription”. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then your account automatically switches back to the Free plan. No form to fill in, no email to send.
Your account switches back to the Free plan at the end of the current period. Your galleries and photos are not deleted: only the galleries exceeding the Free plan limit are deactivated (and they remain recoverable if you reactivate a plan). You lose nothing.
Yes, you can move to a higher or lower plan at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, the difference is calculated pro rata. When you downgrade, the change takes effect on the next billing date.
Yes, 100% free with no time limit. No credit card is required at sign-up. You get 5 GB of storage, 2 published galleries and all the core features to explore the platform at your own pace.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payments are secured by Stripe, a world leader in online payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
The Free plan acts as a trial period with no time limit. You can use it for as long as you like before deciding to move to a higher plan. No catch, no automatic conversion.
You can choose between monthly and yearly billing. With the yearly subscription, you get 2 months free compared with the monthly rate. In both cases, the subscription comes with no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.

MesGaleries.com was launched in 2010 by a French developer with a passion for photography, originally under the name marichaire.fr. The project was completely rewritten in 2022 with a professional photographer as its first beta tester, to become the professional tool it is today. The team is based in France and is growing along with the platform.
The first version dates back to 2010, under the name marichaire.fr. It was created to solve a simple problem: letting newlyweds gather the photographer's photos and the guests' photos in one place. After a pause between 2019 and 2022, the project was completely rewritten in 2022 to become a professional platform dedicated to photographers, now available in French, English, Spanish and German.
All your photos, contracts, client contacts and billing data are stored exclusively on servers located in France. No data is replicated outside Europe, and none is shared with or sold to third parties. You remain the sole owner of your content and can permanently delete it at any time.
MesGaleries is a French platform: company, hosting and data in France, billing in euros with French VAT, an interface available in French, English, Spanish and German, and support based in France with an average response time of under 18 minutes. The platform also offers selfie-based facial recognition, collaborative multi-photographer galleries and extensive theme customisation, all at a competitive price with a Free plan you can genuinely use.
Our infrastructure runs in a small data centre powered 100 % by solar energy produced on site, around 24 kWh per day. Batteries store the energy generated during the day to keep everything running at night. The machines are refurbished second-hand servers, selected for their quality and durability, which greatly reduces our carbon footprint compared with a service using new hardware.
Our average response time across all tickets is under 18 minutes, including weekends and public holidays. The support team is based in France and knows the photographer's profession. When you contact support, you talk to someone who knows the platform inside out and can quickly escalate a bug, deploy a fix or add a relevant feature.
No, never. It is one of our five non-negotiable values. We do not sell any data to third parties, do not share any information with advertisers, do not use any advertising tracking cookies, and do not use your content to train external AI models. The platform's revenue comes solely from paid subscriptions to the Standard, Gold and Premium plans.
Yes, MesGaleries.com is designed to comply with the GDPR. All data is hosted in France, you can export or delete your content at any time, our subprocessors are identified (Stripe for payments, Brevo for transactional emails, Negatif+ for prints), and facial recognition relies on temporary anonymous vectors that disappear along with the gallery. Videos, documents & sales
Yes, you can add videos such as a wedding teaser, an event film or any other audiovisual content. Videos are available in the same place as the photos.
You can upload PDF documents (contracts, authorisations, image release forms) directly to the gallery. The files are only accessible to authorised people.
Yes, the platform lets you enable photo sales directly from your galleries. You set your own prices and terms.

Wedding photographers
You upload your edited photos to the wedding's private gallery, organised into chapters (getting ready, ceremony, drinks reception, dinner, evening party). You generate a password-protected link or a QR code that the couple shares with their guests. There is no file size limit and no expiry, and the original quality is preserved, unlike WhatsApp or Facebook, which compress images.
With the MesGaleries collaborative gallery, guests upload their photos themselves through a secure link or a QR code handed out on the big day (on a menu, a photo frame, the welcome screen). Everything is kept in its original high definition in the same place, in the wedding's main gallery. As the photographer, you can moderate the contributions and even add them to your final selection to sell them as prints.
On MesGaleries, you enable the built-in shop and set your commission on each print. The partner lab Negatif+ takes care of printing, packaging and shipping. You earn your margin with no handling and no after-sales service to manage. It is a regular source of additional income that builds up over time, sometimes several months after the wedding.
The Timeline module in MesGaleries lets you list every request made at the first meeting (a photo of the grandparents, the best man's sketch, the uncle's dance…). On the big day, you follow the schedule from your phone, tick off what has been done, and cancel what could not be photographed, stating the reason. This traceability serves as written evidence in the event of a dispute after the wedding.
MesGaleries lets you customise colours, typography, logo and welcome banner. You also get a custom subdomain (votre-studio.mesgaleries.com) that strengthens your brand identity. The platform learns from your preferences: after a few galleries, it automatically suggests your usual chapter structure and your usual settings.
