Private photo gallery: deliver your photos to your clients

A transfer link expires, an email attachment compresses. With mesgaleries.com, each client receives a private gallery, in your name, where their photos stay in original quality for as long as you decide. Private galleries are included in every plan, the Free plan included (see pricing).

From import to delivery

1. Create the gallery. A name, a date, a theme. If you shoot the same kind of session again and again, your usual chapters and settings are suggested in one click.
2. Upload your photos. Drag your files into the chapter you want, by the hundreds if needed; duplicates are spotted before sending. From Adobe Photoshop, the mesgaleries.com plugin publishes your edits straight into the gallery, with no export (from the Standard plan).
3. Organize. Chapters tell the story of the day: getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, party. You reorder them by dragging, and the photos too.
4. Put it online. One switch publishes the gallery. You send the link or the QR code to your client: nothing to install, no account to create to view and download.

A gallery in your brand

Five cover themes, from a pair of portraits to a full-screen image or a magazine-style collage. You then set fonts, colors, background and spacing between photos, the preview follows live, and the result is saved as a preset for your next galleries.

Your logo appears in every gallery (from the Standard plan). Your galleries are served from your own mesgaleries.com subdomain, in your name, and from the Gold plan from your own domain name.

Who sees what

A private gallery is not indexed by search engines: only the people who have the link can open it. You can add a password, and change it at any time.

At an event, selfie face recognition lets each guest find their own photos. With selfie lockdown (from the Gold plan), a visitor only sees the photos they appear in: school, club, race.

Downloading is set gallery by gallery: when allowed, it delivers the original files; when disabled, the gallery can only be viewed. The watermark (from the Gold plan) protects the photos on screen, and you decide whether downloaded files carry it too.

More than photos

Each gallery has its own documents area: contract, quote, invoice, image rights release (PDF, Word, Excel or archive), and your videos, from the wedding film to a property tour. Each file is shared through a secure link, which you can protect with a password and limit in time. Your client plays the video in the browser or downloads the document, with no account. What your client does

They browse the chapters, open each photo full screen, download the one they like or the whole gallery as a zip archive, in original quality.

Signed in with a free account, they mark their favorites and build their selections: the ones they love, prints to order, pages of a book. You find these lists in your workspace, client by client, and you can download them as they are.

If the store is enabled, they order their prints from the gallery, and depending on your plan their digital files. You, for your part, follow the visits and downloads of each gallery.
