Prints are made on glossy silver halide paper, from 10x15 cm to 30x45 cm, A4 included. Depending on your plan, you can also offer ultra matte, luster and metallic papers, as well as matte canvases up to 60x90 cm, unmounted or stretched on a frame.
Alongside prints, your clients can buy the high-definition digital files. The download link is emailed to them as soon as payment goes through, with no shipping cost.
You decide what is for sale, gallery by gallery: prints, digital or both, as well as which papers and sizes are offered.
For a print, the price the client pays combines the lab cost, your margin and the platform commission. You set your margin as a percentage of the print cost; the price of every size shows up right away in your galleries.
For digital files it works the other way round: you enter the selling price of a photo, and the commission is taken from that amount.
From the Gold plan, margin and digital price can also be set gallery by gallery: a high-end session can sell for more than your event galleries.
The commission depends on your plan. On digital files, it goes down as you move up the plans; on prints, it applies to your margin, not to the cost of the print. The rates are listed on the Pricing page.
From the Gold plan, your photos are displayed in the gallery with your watermark, text or image. Prints and purchased files are delivered without it.
You never have to step in; every sale is reported to you.
Each sale creates a payout entry in your account, with its amount, due date and status. The money is paid by bank transfer, against an invoice, after a holding period that covers possible returns.
Payouts are reserved for professional photographers: a paid plan, from Standard, and a business registration number (SIRET) entered in your account. The exact conditions, including the minimum amount per period, are set out in the terms of sale.
With the Free plan, your clients can order glossy prints at cost price, but no margin is paid back to you.
For those who already deliver their photos in galleries and want to earn from them without managing a lab, packaging or after-sales service.
In wedding photography, couples and their families order prints and canvases for months after the big day. In shows, sports and events, participants buy their digital files as soon as the gallery goes online. In newborn and family photography, the gallery stays open and orders spread out over time.
